Shipping

Freight costs can be estimated in your shopping cart before you proceed to checkout. We endeavour to keep freight costs as minimal as possible, and we continue to work towards cheaper freight rates Australia wide and internationally.

Gryphonwood Vineyards uses Fastway Couriers and Australia Post to deliver wines. Wine is sent as cost effectively as possible, as expediently as possible. Despite this, delays can sometimes occur and are not necessarily within our sphere of control.

For International delivery it is advisable to contact us before placing your order, so we can provide accurate freight and tax figures.

Wine must be signed for on delivery, and the signer must be over the legal age for alcohol consumption in your state/territory.

Insurance

With both of these companies, shipments can be tracked, and are covered against loss or damage.
Should a parcel arrive damaged, or with incorrect products, please contact us via our contact details on your invoice or via our contact page within five working days of receiving your wine.
